GENERALThe use of the works for editing, selling, or claiming the commission or my work as your own work is prohibited. Using the artwork as NFTs and AI/machine learning is prohibited.I also retain the rights to refuse a commission theme on certain matters.WORKFLOW
All drawings will be drawn using my style so there will be adjustments in some parts.
Do not ask me to mimic other's artstyle.Commission will be worked after the payment is accepted and the payments have delivered half or full of the price. (Less than 100$ total price will be paid full first).I'll reply the messages within 48 hours, longer than that you may inform me again.REVISIONMax revision is 3, more than 3 will be added extra charge fee (price will be discussed).Full revision is not accepted, such as change in art style, full pose revision, any revision that led to full redrawing the illustration.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYSketch will be delivered 3-5days after the jobs is acceptedDelivery will be done in a week or two weeks, Any delays will be informed further.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSArtist: Has the rights to retain all copyrights to the work, to use it for personal purpose, and upload it in social media and as portfolios for samples and self promotion.Clients: For personal use, clients has the rights to use the commission works including for printing, as long as not for sale or profit, and upload it in social media with proper credits. For commercial use, clients have the rights to sell it as merchandise or any digital marketing sales, and not allow or delay the artist to share the works in any media as per agreement.REFUNDSYou cannot ask for refund especially when the commission have started. However I will do a full refund if I cannot do it.PAYMENTSI accept payments with Paypal (USD).For Paypal I will need your email address so I can send the Invoice first.COMMUNICATION
